Terms of Therapy / Cancellation Policy

Session details

  • Online sessions last 50 minutes
  • Conducted via video call (Google Meet)

Initial consultation

  • Optional introductory conversation (20 minutes)
  • Used to assess fit and answer questions

Fees

  • 50-minute session: €40
  • Payment arranged directly (for now)

Cancellation policy

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the session
  • Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged

Confidentiality

  • All session content is confidential
  • Records are stored securely
  • Exceptions: risk of harm to self/others as required by law
